Patrice Dubois
Vice-President Telecom
Patrice Dubois is Senior Vice-President of OFS in charge of the Telecom Division. In this capacity he is responsible for the Marketing & Sales, R&D, Engineering and Operations of the Telecom Division, which includes optical fiber, optical fiber cable, and connectivity products worldwide.
Mr. Dubois joined OFS in 2001 as Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Technical Manager promoting Lean Manufacturing Techniques across the Fiber and Cable operations in Norcross, Georgia. He has subsequently held the position of General Manager for OFS’ multimode fiber manufacturing facility in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, followed by Vice President Fiber North America, Vice-President of Telecom Operations and Engineering North America and most recently was appointed Senior Vice-President Telecom for the company.
Mr. Dubois began his career in 1986 with the Saint Gobain Corporation following a tour as Mathematics College professor in Damascus, Syria. He has managed various research, manufacturing, and resource organizations over his 12 year tenure in this Building Material industry both in Europe and in USA including the De Dietrich Corporation and Saint Gobain’s Abrasives Division, Fiber Reinforcement Division and Central R&D Laboratory.
Mr. Dubois, a native of France, holds an Engineering Diploma in Applied Mathematics from l’Ecole Centrale de Paris, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an executive management degree from Harvard Business School.
Patrice, his wife and their five children, currently live in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.
