Akihiro Fukunaga
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Akihiro Fukunaga is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
OFS.
Prior to joining OFS in October 2005, Mr. Fukunaga was Manager of
the Global Operations Department for Furukawa Electric Company
(FEC), parent company of OFS. In this position, he provided
financial and accounting consultation globally to Furukawa's group
companies and directed over ten affiliated companies' audit
process, utilizing his professional expertise in accounting,
financing, tax, legal issues. Mr. Fukunaga has served in a range
of global positions in his 19 year tenure with FEC and Furukawa
North America (FENA) supporting the companies' financial and
accounting activities.
Mr. Fukunaga holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Kobe
University in Japan.
