Job Description:

This is a dynamic position working closely with both the Sturbridge plant controller and QA/Customer Service, adding value in accounting as well as providing support to the generation of required documentation for international shipments.

process, fixed Asset data maintenance, monthly journal entries, payroll & accounts receivable/invoicing back-up, inventory cycle counting, and account Reconciliations. They will also add valuable support in the Customer Care area by: assisting with internal audits, daily review of sales orders, maintain/prepare customer related compliance documents, and will maintain/prepare government requirements such as RoHS, REACH and NAFTA, including interaction with other OFS divisions on similar customer/gov't requirements. And they will also support internal QA requirements linked to customer satisfaction, such as customer survey administration.

Requirements:

In order to be successful in this position, the incumbent must have: an Associate’s degree in Accounting or General Business; 3 years of experience in accounts payables, general ledger, and account reconciliation in a manufacturing environment; MS Office; and be able to work in both a team setting and independently. SAP and/or JDE experience a plus. Familiarity with RoHS, REACH and NAFTA a plus.
