("OFS") has long recognized that individuals with whom we conduct
business value their privacy and OFS is committed to protecting Your
privacy online. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how
Your personal information will be treated as You make full use of
Our many offerings. The Privacy Policy may change from time to time,
so please check back periodically.
1. WHAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVERS
This Privacy Policy covers OFS's treatment of personally
identifiable information that OFS may collect when You are on the
OFS Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of
companies that OFS does not own or control, or to people that OFS
does not manage or employ. This Privacy Policy only applies
information which OFS collects from You on the OFS Site.
2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can visit most areas for the OFS Site without revealing who
You are or providing any information about Yourself. However, some
of Our services require that You identify Yourself in order to
enable the services. In such circumstances, OFS may request and
collect personal information from You, including Your name,
address, zip code, e-mail address, company name, and home
telephone number, business telephone number, and facsimile number.
Your response to these inquiries is strictly voluntary. OFS also
accepts e-mails from You, as such, when You send us an e-mail, we
will have the contents of Your e-mail as well as Your e-mail
address. When processing an order for a product or service or
setting up an account, OFS may also collect information regarding
Your credit card number, name of account, expiration date and
billing address.
OSF may receive personally identifiable information from Our
business partners. OFS also automatically receives and records
information on Our server logs from Your browser, including Your
IP Address, Cookie information and the page and information
requested as part of its analysis of the use of the Site. This
information is collected automatically and requires no action on
Your part.
Once You send OFS an e-mail or otherwise provide personally
identifiable information to OFS, You are no longer anonymous to us.
OFS uses Your information for five (5) general purposes: (1) to
fulfill Your request for certain information and services and
assist in order processing; (2) customize Your experience to the
Site; (3) to contact You about Our products or services that can
assist You in Your business; (4) to ensure the security of the
Site; and (5) enable OFS to analyze general information for
business development purposes to improve the Site's web-based
services.
3. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
OFS will not sell or rent Your personally identifiable information to any
third party other than as necessary to provide the products or services
requested by You, in furtherance of a change in control of OFS or if OFS is
adjudicated bankrupt. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in cases where OFS
believes, in its sole discretion, that OFS's business interests will be
served, OFS may share Your information (with the exception of credit card and
account status) with OFS affiliates, subsidiaries and business partners for
the purpose of alerting You about new products and services to improve Your
competitive edge.
Other than as expressly provided herein, OFS will send personally
identifiable information about You to other companies or people
only when: (1) We have Your consent to share the information; (2)
We need to share the information to provide a service You have
requested; (3) We need to send the information to companies or
people who work on behalf of OFS to provide a service to You; (4)
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes;
(5) We find that Your actions on Our Site violate the OFS Terms of
Use, or any usage guidelines for specific products or services; or
(6) We need to share the information to ensure the security of the
Site and accuracy of the service.
4. COOKIES
As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized
services, OFS uses cookies to store and sometimes track
information about You. Cookies are small text files that a web
site can send to user's browser for storage on the hard drive.
Cookies can make use of the web easier by saving status and
preferences about a web site. You should note that cookies cannot
read data off Your hard drive. Your web browser may allow You to
be notified when You are receiving a cookie, giving You the choice
to accept the cookie or not. By not accepting the cookies, some
pages of the Site may not fully function and You may not be able
to access certain information from the Site.
Generally we use cookies to: (1) Remind us who You are and to
access Your information (stored on Our computers) in order to
deliver to You a better and more personalized service; (2)
Estimate Our audience size. Each browser accessing OFS is given a
unique cookie that is then used to determine the extent of repeat
usage, usage by a registered user. This information collected by
cookies is sometimes called "clickstream" or "click trail" and may
also describe pages You have seen on Our site; and/or (3) Track
Your user pattern, preferences and how long You stay on a
particular page.
5. IP ADDRESSES
Coupled with cookies, we also collect IP Addresses. When Your web
browser requests a web page or email from another computer on the
Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where
it should send the information. This is called Your Internet
Protocol Address ("IP Address"). OFS receives IP Addresses from
all users because this information is automatically reported by
Your browser each time You view a web page. IP Addresses may be
used for various purposes, including to: (1) Diagnose service or
technology problems reported by Our users or engineers that are
associated with the IP Addresses; (2) Estimate the number of users
visiting OFS, how often they visit the Site, and what parts of the
Site they visit most often; (3) Send the most appropriate
advertising or service and product information based on
information derived from Your IP Address; or (4) Assist companies
or persons who provide information on Our Site to track visits to
their pages.
6. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
As set forth in the Agreement, OFS may provide link(s) on the Site
to external sites as a convenience to You. The inclusion of any
external link(s) does not imply OFS's endorsement of the owner or
operator of the external site, the external site, or the products
and/or services promoted or sold on the external site. Pleas note
that if You link to an external site from the Site, any
information You reveal on that external site is not subject to
this Privacy Policy and You should consult the privacy policies of
each external site that You visit. OFS is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such external sites.
7. SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF INFORMATION
The security of Your personally identifiable information is
important to us and we treat Our data as assets that must be
protected against loss and unauthorized access. OFS employs
reasonable information security techniques. Despite these security
measures, no security system is absolute. OFS DOES NOT REPRESENT
AND WARRANT THAT YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WILL BE
PROTECTED AGAINST LOSS, MISUSE OR ALTERATION BY THIRD PARTIES.
8. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
OFS retains Your personally identifiable information, as
necessary, for business purposes and as required by government
regulation. We dispose of records and delete information when Our
record period(s) expire.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Before submitting personally identifiable information on the Site,
You will be given the option of receiving recurring informational
and promotional e-mails from OFS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or
business partners for the purposes set forth above. You will also
be given the option of receiving telephone calls from customer
service representatives of OFS, its affiliates, or business
partners to gather information about Your experiences with the
Site or OFS goods and services. You may opt-out of receiving these
e-mails and/or phone calls prior to submitting Your personally
identifiable information by so indicating.
You can always contact us in order to (i) delete Your personally
identifiable information from Our systems; (ii) update Your
personally identifiable information previously provided to us by e
