As a Production Operator, you’ll perform a wide variety of assembly and bench-related work assignments, including setting up, operating, and adjusting complex machinery such as draw towers, proof-testers, and quality control (QC)/quality assurance (QA) measurement systems. You’ll also perform basic maintenance/cleaning of equipment/work area to ensure process efficiency, and test and inspect products to safeguard end-product integrity.

Qualified, safety minded Production Operators will possess:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of related industrial manufacturing experience preferred
  • The ability to refer to and understand manufacturing layouts, engineering specifications, or work instructions
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office preferred
  • U.S. work authorization
